Author Biography

Michelle Bridges is one of Australia’s most influential personal trainers, a bestselling fitness, nutrition and mindset author and a national commentator on health and wellness issues. She is the host of We Have a Situation podcast, a space for honest conversations about all things menopause related, alongside leading doctors, cutting-edge researchers and inspiring Aussie women.

Co-founder and owner of the 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT program), Michelle mixes her years of training and experience with heart-warming compassion, winning the hearts and minds of Australians of all ages, fitness levels and genders.

Michelle is an advocate and a voice for women going through all stages of menopause. In 2024 she launched ‘The Menopause Method’ within 12WBT, followed by ‘The Perimenopause Method’ in early 2025 – specific programs for women, providing a platform of knowledge and assistance with health, wellbeing and nutrition, who are going through perimenopause and menopause.
