Author Biography

Nicolas Sintes is a trained chef, passionate about the Mediterranean basin and the richness of its products. After working in starred restaurants in France and abroad, including 4 years in New York with Daniel Boulud, he started his first job as a chef in Saint Tropez at the age of thirty. Today he manages the kitchens of the five-star hotel Les Roches Blanches in Cassis by the sea. His cuisine highlights seasonal products, offering dishes inspired by the sea, with a personal and creative touch.
