Author Biography

Debbie Adler is an Occupational Therapist, wife, mother of three adult children and grandmother of two. Debbie lives in Sydney. This story evolved from Debbie's own experience of using colour to slow down her breathing when anxious. Debbie hopes that this beautifully illustrated book will help children to deal with anxiety and colour their world wherever or whenever they feel they need to. Dominique Mumberson is an Australian artist based on a small family farm. Dominique has 2 children, a family business and a love for the Australian bush. Surrounded by nature and animals, she finds endless inspiration for her artwork.
