CHAD LYNCH

A love of nourishing wholefoods and sophisticated cooking led Chad Lynch to Saint Haven, where he works as Executive Chef. It was his initial obsession with cooking shows that led him to professional kitchens, moving from the quiet Cornish coastline to work in fast-paced European brasseries and bistros around Devon before his culinary journey brought him to Australia, which he now calls home.
