Reviews

A deliciously silly graphic novel -- Jill R Bennett * Red Reading Hub *
Illustrated in full colour throughout, the bold and bright artwork is full of life and its almost constant stream of visual gags adds enormously to the fun, making this a read that will appeal to readers in KS1 and right through KS2. I don’t as yet have a date for Book 2, Dino Duck Disaster!, but I’m already looking forward to reading it and seeing what fate has in store next for Daisy and the others. * Mrs Sydney's Famous World's Smallest Library *

My five-year-old and I absolutely adored this book. It was packed with laugh out loud moments and so many “what’s going to happen next?” surprises. The story was fantastic, and the illustrations were stunning, really bringing everything to life.
We had planned to read one chapter a night as our bedtime story, but my son didn’t want to put it down, so we ended up reading it all in one sitting! It’s a five-star read from him.

This graphic novel bursts with color and energy from the very first page, bringing relatable characters to life with humor.

Gary tells the tale of normal everyday pets becoming heroes, and villains, in this comedy novel whilst also gently and effortlessly bringing into the mix themes of friendships, betrayal and forgiveness too.

An action packed story perfect for young readers, and older readers alike!

I read this with my 8 year old, and is easily rated Five stars from us. From the beginning the story had us giggling and we couldn't put it down until we knew the ending!
